Bilbao BBK Live will transform into the epicenter of an endless experience from July 10 to 12, where attendees are the protagonists of a narrative connecting day and night, the city and the mountains, pintxos and beats, intimacy and collectiveness. A global event bringing together artists that transcend time and borders, and an audience that makes the festival a mosaic of unique experiences—where every choice leads to a personal and unrepeatable journey. Music is at the festival’s heart, and today, we unveil the first artists who will shape this new edition.

Kylie Minogue, an undisputed icon of global pop, leads the lineup with her acclaimed album Tension II, promising a show filled with hits like Padam Padam and classics that define her three-decade-long career. Joining the iconic Australian is Pulp, the Britpop band led by the charismatic Jarvis Cocker, emblematic of an entire generation and the defining sound of the ’90s. From the UK as well, Michael Kiwanuka, with his powerful mix of soul and folk, cements his place as one of the most stirring voices in contemporary music. Bad Gyal will claim her undisputed throne as the queen of urban music, appearing high on the lineup alongside recent three-time Latin Grammy winner Nathy Peluso, whose raw and visceral storytelling shines in GRASA. Joining them is one of the breakout stars of the moment, British artist Raye, with her album My 21st Century Blues, blending R&B, soul, and dance.

This first wave of names highlights three pillars of electronic music: Orbital, pioneers who redefined live electronic music in the ’90s, BICEP with their new show CHROMA (AV DJ set)—a sensory experience that transforms the stage with their unique audiovisual vision—and The Blessed Madonna presenting WE STILL BELIEVE, celebrating queer culture and the community spirit of house music. The lineup also includes Japanese Breakfast, led by Michelle Zauner, blending alternative pop with introspective lyrics, and Amaia, returning with her intimate pop style and a third album in hand. The elegant French pop of L’Impératrice, the tropically-influenced electronic French music of Polo & Pan, the explosive charisma of Ca7riel y Paco Amoroso—known worldwide for their Tiny Desk performance—and the punk-rock energy of Amyl and The Sniffers offer a glimpse into the unique soundscapes these cutting-edge artists bring. Three national names also shine: Carolina Durante, returning with their adventurous spirit to BBK Live; Rusowsky, debuting a powerful new electronic and visual show; and Judeline, whose recent album Bodhiria takes dream pop to unexplored realms.

Bilbao BBK Live is the place to discover your next favorite band. This year’s lineup includes the irreverent British punk of Fat Dog, the band led by Jacob Slater, Wunderhorse, the fresh, incisive lyrics of English Teacher, the retro soul of American Jalen Ngonda, and the blend of Afrobeat, soul, spoken word, and electronica by Obongjayar. Making her debut in Spain, Sofie Royer brings an introspective artistic touch, joined by one of the most innovative jazz artists today, Makaya McCraven. From South Africa, Alice Phoebe Lou delivers ethereal, heartfelt indie, while Jessica Pratt‘s hypnotic minimalism and Hidrogenesse‘s satirical electropop—celebrating 25 years on stage—add further depth to this edition. The 10th-anniversary tour of Cala Vento will make a stop at the festival, alongside the folk-electronic fusion of Baiuca, the sensitivity of pablopablo, the multicultural blend of urban and electronic music by ABHIR, and the post-rock and emocore sounds of Viva Belgrado. As always, local talent is celebrated, with Hofe x 4:40, Mirua, and Tatta & Denso holding a special place in the lineup.
