HOW TO GET THERE

FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE CITY. Regular Bus: Loiu Airport – Bilbao (downtown)Bizkaibus line A3247 connects the airport with the city center in 15 minutes, from 06:15 to 24:00 every 20 minutes. The individual ticket has a cost of 3€. More information

HOW TO GET TO THE CAMPSITE

The festival campsite is located on Mount Arraiz, right next to Kobetamendi. You can find information on how to get to the campsite at the following link.

GETTING THERE ON FOOT

If you have the soul of a sportsman or mountaineer, you can always go up (or down) on foot. If you are going to climb, be prepared, protect yourself from the sun and hydrate properly.

In addition, you can contribute to reducing your carbon footprint by walking to the venue and covering the 3 km distance from San Mamés to the festival gates.

ARRIVE BY SUBWAY

Metro Bilbao will offer special services from Thursday to Sunday nights to facilitate the return home to the people attending the concerts at Kobetamendi.

GETTING THERE BY TAXI

ACCESS FOR MINORS

To bring a minor to the festival, it is necessary to fill out the authorization form and bring it printed at the time of accessing the venue. If the minor is 11 years old or younger, in addition to the authorization, it is also necessary to fill out the form below.

  • Minors under 16 and over 11 years of age may enter with a ticket, accompanied by an adult and bringing the authorization form filled out and printed to the site.
  • Those over 16 (included) but under 18 will be able to enter with a ticket and alone to the site by bringing the completed and printed authorization to the site.
  • Children under 11 years of age (included) and accompanied by an adult enter free of charge by filling out the form below and bringing the completed and printed authorization to the site.

IMPORTANT: Free access for children under 11 years of age is restricted to two children per adult.

Fill in this form if you come with children under 11 years old. If you come with more than 1 child, it is necessary to fill out the form for each child.

Reduced mobility

Special mobility services to the venue gate are only available for those who cannot move independently on their own. That is: in wheelchairs, with crutches, auxiliary breathing equipment or require continuous accompaniment to access the entrance of the enclosure (motor disabilities to walk more than 33%, blindness…).

Pregnancy is not a functional diversity that can benefit from this special mobility service and will be boarded in the same service enabled for the general public.

There will be NO special mobility service from the Beyena esplanade to the entrance of the venue.
