Special mobility services to the venue gate are only available for those who cannot move independently on their own. That is: in wheelchairs, with crutches, auxiliary breathing equipment or require continuous accompaniment to access the entrance of the enclosure (motor disabilities to walk more than 33%, blindness…).
Pregnancy is not a functional diversity that can benefit from this special mobility service and will be boarded in the same service enabled for the general public.
There will be NO special mobility service from the Beyena esplanade to the entrance of the venue.

People who cannot move independently on their own, such as those who use wheelchairs, crutches, auxiliary breathing equipment or require continuous accompaniment to access the site (with a motor disability that prevents them from walking more than 33%, blindness, etc.).
There will be platforms enabled on some stages (including the main stage) where only people with reduced mobility in wheelchairs or crutches and their companion will be able to access, as long as the capacity allows it and in order of priority.
This platform may have seats for resting.
Pregnant women may access these platforms always giving priority to other people in wheelchairs, on crutches or with auxiliary breathing-support equipment.
Unfortunately, being pregnant is not considered a functional diversity that qualifies you for this special mobility service. On the day of the event, you can check with our assistance team and if there is space available in the designated area for reduced mobility, we will do our best to relocate you, although we cannot guarantee that this will always be possible.
There will be a platform on some stages (including the main stage) where only people with reduced mobility and their companion will be able to access, as long as seating capacity permits and in order of priority. This platform may be equipped with seats for resting.

To access the reduced mobility platforms if your condition is visible you only have to consult with our security staff who will check it and it will be enough.
If you want to bring it, that’s fine; if you don’t, that’s fine, as our security staff can assess the condition of each person, so if you are on crutches, in a wheelchair, etc. there will obviously be no problem in gaining access to this area.
To board, this service is available every day from 17:00 to 23:00 every 30 minutes, after validation, registration and occupancy of seats.
To get off, this service is available every day from 0:00 to 7:00, every hour, on a first-come, first-served basis and with prior identification during boarding to take advantage of this service.
